Wilma Campbell

Wilma Jean Campbell (Wells) 87, surrounded by her family, completed her earthly journey and reached her eternal destination, heaven, on February 22, 2023.

Wilma was born on October 3, 1935 in Sheridan, Arkansas to Luther and Lueiza Wells. She is survived by her daughter, Sandi Campbell Sims of Beebe; and son, Donny (Teresa) Campbell of Little Rock; six grandchildren, Summer (Adrienne) Campbell-Collins, Krystal Martin, Joshua (Scott) Campbell-Hogan, Ashlee Campbell, Brent (Courtney) Sims, Lauren Sims, nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Bobby (Bonnie) Wells; one sister-in-law, Kathy Wells, with many nieces and nephews who also survive her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life for 71 years, Harold Campbell; her parents, Luther and Lueiza Wells, four brothers, two sisters, and one son-in-law, Larry Sims.

Wilma was a dedicated Christian, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many whom she treated as family. She loved deeply and gave generously. She left her heart and hand prints on many.

She will be remembered by her teaching, cooking, sewing, and mothering nature to all who knew her.

A memorial service will be 11:00 AM Monday, February 27th, 2023 at Victory Worship Center, 607 East DeWitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas 72012.
