She was born on November 14, 1967, in Springfield, Missouri to Edward and Mary Scroggins. She was a christian in the baptist faith. Tina was employed at University of Central Arkansas as a Directorate Admin.
Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Mary Lou Scroggins, her significant other, Scott Dixon; son, Zacharie Lee Scroggins; daughter, Elizabeth Nowak, and her sister, Robyn Mychelle Dickenson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Scroggins.
