Teresa (Lewis) Figley, age 65, of Heber Springs, formerly of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.
She was born January 18, 1955 in Rusellville to Victor and Maxine Lewis. Teresa was a hairdresser for 50 plus years. She worked many years with Claudettes Beauty Parlor in North Little Rock until she opened her own beauty shops until her retirement. She enjoyed cooking, reading, crocheting and watching cartoons with her grandbabies.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Amy Elizabeth Gates (Mickael Fernandez) of Heber Springs; Catherine Annette Montgomery of North Little Rock; two sisters, Marsha Malchaski of North Little Rock; Linda Lewis Uhrich of Red Oak, Texas; four grandchildren, Malia Addison; Yazmine Skye Kassees; Lexi Lee; Gracie Lee, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester Figley; her parents, Victor and Maxine Lewis; and one of her best friends, Michael Lange, Sr.
It was Teresa's wish to be cremated and for her remains to be buried with her family in Des Arc, Arkansas. The burial will be announced at a date.
