Maria Brianne Whisnant, of Little Rock, passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 26.
Maria was born on February 1, 1994, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Charles Allan Whisnant and Gina Marie Fraser. She attended Sylvan Hills High School. She graduated from Job Corps with a diploma in Culinary Arts. She enjoyed reading, listening to music, being outdoors, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her parents, her four children, Jace; Justice; Charlotte Lynn; Eleanor Mae; her brothers, Adam Whisnant and Kelton Alexander; her sister, Hailey Fraser; grandmother, Ann Whisnant; grandfather, Stanley Fraser; great-grandfather, John Paia of Sydney, Australia; four aunts, Laura Inmon; Susan Phillips; Angela Barela; Stephanie Fraser; one uncle, Daniel Fraser; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, David Whisnant; her grandmother, Bridgett Fraser and her great-grandmother, Elisa Paia.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, her life will be celebrated with only a limited amount of people on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Sherwood First Church of the Nazarene 8800 AR-107, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120, with Pastor Nichole Cotton and Pastor Jeff Taylor officiating. There will a public committal service for all to attend at 2:30 PM, Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery 3114 Hwy.138, Monticello, AR 71655.
