Judith "Judy" (Wood) Moore, age 80, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022, at her home surrounded by family.
She was born December 13, 1941, in El Paso, Arkansas, to Woody and Opal Wood. Judy worked as a School Bus Driver with the Beebe School District. She also worked with her husband traveling the country as a truck driver. She was a pilot, she enjoyed gardening, cooking and taking care of her family. She was a Christian in the Baptist faith and a 70 year member of Union Valley Baptist Church in Beebe. She loved all types of sports and was an avid Razorback fan and Cardinals fan.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 63 years, Don Moore of Beebe; one daughter, Jamie Skinner and husband, Robert of Beebe; one son, James Don "Bo" Moore, Jr. and wife, Melody of Beebe; one sister, Patsy Edwards and husband Jerry of Beebe; three grandchildren, Nicholas Moore and wife Meagan of Beebe; Dusty Skinner and wife, Blair of Beebe, Haley Williams and husband, Brad of Conway; great-grandchildren, Sophia and Tiberius Moore of Beebe; and Emery Skinner due to arrive in July; as well as several friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Woody and Opal Wood; one brother, Jerry Wood; two sisters, Loretta Akin and Lawanda Harvey.
A graveside Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 28th, 2022, at 10:00 am in Stoney Point Cemetery, 738 Swinging Bridge Road, Beebe, AR 72012, with Brother Tommy Miller officiating.
Pallbearers for the service are James Don "Bo" Moore, Jr., Dusty Skinner, Nicholas Don Moore and Jay Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Valley Baptist Church building fund, 932 Hwy. 64 W., Beebe, Arkansas 72012.
