Donald Brady Bonger, age 36, of Vilonia, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 29th, 2021.
He was born December 10th, 1984, in Fort Riley, Kansas. Donald was employed with Dupré Logistics as a Truck Driver. He was a Volunteer firefighter with the Vilonia Fire Department for 7 years. He put God first in his life, his family second and then he enjoyed traveling, camping, hiking, photography and spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
Survivors include his father, Michael Bonger (Cindy) of Roy, Utah; Mother, Debra Higman (Michael) of Dolores, Colorado; grandmother, Della Baker of Dolores, Colorado; wife of 10 years, Rachael Bonger of Vilonia; two daughters, Kynleigh and Kyleigh Bonger of Vilonia; three brothers, Brad Bonger (Danielle) of Moriarty, New Mexico; Jeff Clegg (Sheena) of Salt Lake City, Utah; Shane Higman (Meghan) of Cortez, Colorado; five sisters, Jamie Poorman (Steve) of Syracuse, Utah; Jenny Johnson (Chad) of The Midland, Texas; Brandi Higman (Geoff) of Tiffany, Colorado; Kristen Davis (Chase) of Cahone, Colorado; Morgan Day (Scotty) of Greenbrier, Arkansas; his wife's parents, Irwin and Janet Ibbotson of Conway; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends..
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Henry Baker and Donald Bonger, and grandmother, Elizabeth Bonger.
There will be a time of reflection at a memorial visitation on Saturday, August 7th, 2021, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Friendship Baptist Church, 767 Rocky Point Rd, Conway, AR 72173. A memorial service will immediately follow at the same location with Craig Winquist, Brad Holman, and Anita Forsberg from the Bonger family's non denominational church officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be the Vilonia Fire Department.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the memorial fund for Donald Bonger at Centennial Bank to assist with the girls college fund.
