Debbie Ann Garcia (Williams), of El Paso, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2020 at the age of 62.
Debbie was born on December 7, 1957 in Hickory, North Carolina. She was a christian in the Baptist faith and a member at Beryl Baptist Church in Vilonia. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She worked many years in the home health sector and was loved by the people she worked with and for. She loved the outdoors, gardening, and taking care of her animals.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her two sons, Ariel Garcia (Jessica) of Amarillo; Anson Garcia (Danielle) of Little Rock, Arkansas; two brothers, Jimmy Ray of South Carolina; Buddy Baldwin of South Carolina; one sister, Elsie Baldwin of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Liam, Ashlyn, and Arabella, her best friend, Fred Spikes of El Paso as well as many extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Ruben Garcia.
The family will announce a memorial celebration at a later date.
