Dan Mitchell Wilson

Dan Mitchell Wilson (Mitch) of Maumelle passed away in February of 2018.  Dan was born on June 4, 1963 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Daniel and Janice (Evans) Wilson. He loved dogs, and they were his most faithful companions. His dog Shaggy passed away with him, and will be missed also.  He worked for Saia and ABF as a truck driver for many years.  He loved to spend time with friends eating, boating, water skiing, fishing, mudding and riding four wheelers. Mitch always gave the most thoughtful cards and beautiful flowers. Left to cherish his memory are, his mother, Janis Evans Wilson of Conway; sister, Regina McNew (Randy); nephew, Ethan McNew; niece, Jennifer Burge all of Greenbrier; uncle; Gene Evans (Joan) of Illinois; uncle, Jimmy Evans (June) of Louisiana; uncle, Majel Evans of Little Rock, AR; uncle, Guy Wilson (Barbra) of Texas; and a host of cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Floyd and Leatha Evans, and his father, Daniel Wilson. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, March 9th, 2018 at Vilonia Funeral Home Chapel 1134 Main Street Vilonia, Arkansas 72173 with Bro. Don Chandler officiating.
