Brian Lee Rigney, age 50, of Mount Vernon, Arkansas, passed away Friday, February 4th, 2022.
He was born May 16th, 1971, in Springfield, Illinois to Herbert and Barbara Rigney. Brian was a mechanic and was employed with Volvos Etc.in Mayflower. He was a Baptist and attended Marcus Hill Baptist Church in Enola. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing basketball and softball. He loved driving the back roads and living life to the fullest.
He is survived by his son, Ryan Rigney and Candy Broyles of Mount Vernon; his daughter, Breanna Rigney of Vilonia; stepson, Santos Valdez of Vilonia; his first grandson, Gavin Lee Rigney of Mount Vernon; his father, Herbert Rigney of Springfiled, Illinois; his grandmother, Mary Jo Cox of Enola; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Rigney; his uncle, Brady Allen Cox, and his cousin, Norman Cox.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Vilonia Funeral Home Chapel, 1134 Main Street, Vilonia, AR 72173 with Brother Chris Hackler officiating.
