Billy Cliff Winn, age 75 of Vilonia, Arkansas passed away at his home surrounded by his family on December 23, 2023. He was born in Lonoke, Arkansas on April 30, 1948 to the late Francis Winn and Nellie Bass. Mr. Winn was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He served in Vietnam and was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citation, and Cross of Gallantry with palms and frame. Mr. Winn was a big John Wayne Fan and enjoyed working on cars and being an autobody man by trade.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Winn, two sisters, Janice Winn and Elaine Richmond.
He is survived by his wife, Tonya Brown Winn, three sons, William Winn (Paula), Clay Winn (Amanda) and Bubba Winn (Tracey), and one daughter, Janice Berrier (Scott). Brothers, Bruce and Keith Winn and Sisters, Sheila Winn and Debbie Tolleson along with 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Mr. Winn will be missed by his family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vilonia Funeral Home in Vilonia, Arkansas. A Graveside Service will follow on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Cypress Valley Cemetery.
