Wanda Lee (Fowler) West of Holland, passed away peacefully in Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab on May 05, 2018 in Greenbrier, Arkansas at the age of 66.
Wanda was born on January 8, 1952 in Conway, Arkansas to Bennie Norman and Hazel Jaunita (Cox) Fowler. She graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1971. She was a hairdresser. She enjoyed singing, music, crocheting, cooking, reading, visiting with family, playing cards, and games. She was a devoted teacher of children. She was a Christian and a member of the Lords Church at Dunn Hill. Wanda is survived by her sister, Pamela Jean Fowler of Holland; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and extended friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Claude Lester West. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Vilonia Funeral Home 1134 Main Street Vilonia, Arkansas 72173.
A time of remembrance will be held at 10:00 AM on May 9, 2018 at Marcus Hill Cemetery in Enola with Bro. Dickie Harris officiating. Pallbearers will be Samuel Smith, Wyatt Beene, Mason Kindsfater, Farrell Kindsfater, Mark Loyd, Michael Youngblood. Donations can me made in her memory to the Kidz Church at Dunn Hill 3 Debbie Lane Conway, Arkansas 72032. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Vilonia Funeral Home.
