Harold E. Campbell, 90, surrounded by his family, completed his earthly journey and reached his eternal destination, Heaven on Sunday, June 12, 2022.
He was born to Mack and Maudie Campbell on April 12, 1932 in Colt, Arkansas. Harold is survived by his wife of 70 years, Wilma Wells Campbell, whom he married on July 1, 1951. Together they had two children, Sandi Campbell Sims and Donny (Teresa) Campbell who blessed them with six grandchildren; Summer Campbell, Krystal Martin, Joshua (Scott) Campbell-Hogan, Ashlee Campbell, Brent (Courtney) Sims, Lauren Sims, twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Geraldine Campbell-Fox; one brother, Ervin Campbell both from Crescent City, California; with many nieces and nephews who also survive him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, four brothers and one son-in-law, Larry Sims.
Harold loved God, family and country. He never met a stranger and offered a helping hand to anyone who was in need. He was a man that had a heart for God and treated all as family. He lived a long full life that left an imprint on many and he will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Victory Worship Center, 607 E. DeWitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas 72012.
