Michael Allen Nofsinger-Moore, of Vilonia, passed away at Baptist Health Medical Center on November 23, 2019 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 53.
Michael was born on May 5, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri to Donald Nofsinger and Linda Kuhnert. He graduated from Lakeside High School, class of 1984. He earned two bachelor's degrees, one in education, and one in hospitality from the University of Central Arkansas. He worked in restaurant and hotel management. He married Donny Moore on March 31, 2000 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and renewed their commitment at Disney World on March 31, 2017. He had a thoughtful, outgoing and sassy personality that always made folks laugh. He loved animals, and loved to spend his time cooking for his friends and family.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his husband, Donny Moore of Vilonia; his mother, Linda Kuhnert (Dale) of Hot Springs; Son, Barry Michael Moore of Vilonia; three brothers, Ken Nofsinger of Texas; Barry Nofsinger of Wyoming; Ricky Kuhnert of Texas; one sister, Pat Bacon of Kentucky; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
The family will receive friends at Vilonia Funeral Home for visitation on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 PM. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 27th, 2019 at Oakland Cemetery in Holland with Reverend Levi Hogan officiating.
