Emily Rye (Fulmer) of Vilonia, Arkansas died peacefully in Conway Regional Hospital on July 12, 2017 at the age of 78.
Emily was born on February 22, 1939 in Mayflower, Arkansas to Albert Jackson and Ruby Catherine (Miller) Fulmer.
Emily is survived by two sons, Amos D. Andrews, Jr. and David Allen Andrews both of North Little Rock; daughters, A. Diane Andrews of Benton; Mary Ann Rye of Florida; brother Carlin Fulmer of Vilonia; and four sisters, Faydell Tullos of Little Rock; Vivian Fort; Christine Grissom; Cheryl David all of Vilonia; two grandchildren, Michael Dodson and Beverly Taylor; eight great grandchildren, Dakota Taylor; Destiny Dodson; Brandi (Aleighe) Dodson; Michael Dodson Jr.; Hailey Stuckey; Justice Traylor; Jayden Linn and Jordyn Linn.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Curtis H. Fulmer; two sisters, Arwanna Sumler; Lavene Gentry; and grandson Matthew Rye Solomon
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 15 at Cato Cemetery 149 Cato Road in Sherwood, Arkansas with Rev. Dickey Harris will be officiating. Active Pallbearers are Jacob Womack, Radale Grissom, Joey Grissom, Milton Sumler, and Tommy Sumler, Gary David. Honorary Pallbearers are Chuck Fort, Jack Sumler, A.J. Sumler, Kevin Tullos, Albert Fulmer, Curt Fulmer, Rick Gentry, Wayne Gentry, Ronald Gentry, Jack Grissom, and Justin Grissom.
